*Terms and Conditions for The Sole Broker Raffle**
By participating in The Sole Broker Raffle, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where this raffle is not prohibited by law. Employees of The Sole Broker and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: To enter the raffle, participants must follow The Sole Broker Instagram account (@thesolebroker), tag three friends in the designated post, and repost the raffle announcement to their Instagram story. Each $1 raffle ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle.
3. Validity: It is imperative to include your Instagram username within the order notes when purchasing a raffle ticket. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry.
4. Entry Deadline: The deadline for entry into the raffle is Sunday, April 7, 2024, at 11:59pm.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries. The selection process will be conducted and announced on The Sole Broker Instagram account on Monday, April 8, 2024 via instagram live using a drawing on random.org at 6:30pm EST.
6. Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize: The prize will be as described in the raffle announcement. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.
8. Publicity: By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow The Sole Broker to use their Instagram username in any promotional or marketing materials related to the raffle.
9. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the raffle constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
10. Modification or Termination: The Sole Broker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.
11. Release of Instagram: The raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State.
