If you are interested in anything listed on our website, and do not have the funds to purchase, we accept trades on all inventory in store and online. (Online trades must be shipped to our store first then we will send out the item/s you requested.)

Consignment

We offer consignment services at our shop. What is consignment? Consignment is when you drop off your items and allow us to sell them. We do not offer percentage based consignment. The consignee let’s us know how much they want back for a particular product and we keep whatever we make on top of your take back price.

Prior to consigning any items at the store, a W9 form is to be completed by the customer as we will be paying you income which is taxable as per law, furthermore in order for our business to claim a legitimate deduction, the W9 form needs to be completed. We need to be in compliance with all tax laws as per state and federal laws.

Payouts are completed 2 weeks following date of sale.

We reserve the right to accept or deny any items for consignment.

All consigned items are to remain with The Sole Broker, LLC for a minimum of 1 years time from the date of consignment. Any and all withdrawals prior to 1 years time being elapsed from the date of consignment will result in you the consignee being liable to pay a withdrawal fee of 20% of the price you set for each and every item consigned.
